Ingredients
2 oz - Cachaça Bela
.5 oz - Passionfruit Liquor
.5 oz - Lime Juice
.5 oz - Pineapple
.5 oz - Agave
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled rocks glass over ice. Top with a splash of club soda
Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel

Named after a song from Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass’ 1965 LP Whipped Cream & Other Delights,the concoction is a delicate taste of the tropics, best enjoyed with a deliciously prepared meal while listening to some fantastic live music.
